Sierra started in the Real Estate Industry working for Bloom General Contracting in 1996.  She then moved on to Draper and Kramer Development Group facilitating the structure of the rules and regulations of a Luxury Condominium Property in the South Loop, while maintaining the organization of the property management office.  She began her career as a Realtor® with Atland Realty, LLC, where she built her business based on referrals and online leads. In addition, Sierra was the manager of Atland’s Loft search database, gaining significant experience working with online buyers and sellers.

With the fantastic marketing, nationwide branding and amazing resources available to her through Prudential Preferred Properties, Sierra will be able to provide outstanding assistance to each and every client in the purchase and sale of their new home. She has the knowledge, experience and savvy to guide them smoothly through every step of the transaction.

Outside of her career in Real Estate, Sierra has participated in numerous volunteer events.  Her team walked 60 miles and rose over $7000 for the cure for breast cancer in the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer walk. She has worked as a Big Brother’s Big Sister’s mentor and has participated in the Chicago Cares Serve-a-thon helping to service the Chicago community each year.

Sierra’s caring, empathetic and charismatic personality, along with her undergraduate degree in Sociology and her Master's degree in Human Services and Counseling set her miles ahead of her competition. She naturally connects with people on an individual basis and has been trained in listening, understanding and reading what people want and need.
